My name is Jim Keaveny.

I've been traveling all my life.

I am a touring musician.

I play in USA,

Europe, and South America..

Solo or with my band.

I've always dreamed of having my own hostel/ hotel / or house to rent to traveling people. Because I have made so many friends and connections renting from others out in the world.

I have made many connections out here in west Texas over the years.

And have a beautiful small house that I built with my own hands.

It is completely off grid.
